Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. However, if you do not "Cancel"or a "No Show" you will be charged 30% of the service fee. Payment can be made via Cashapp, Zelle or card on Gloss app. If card declines additional 10% will be added. A new appointment on any service CANNOT be made until invoice has been paid. Also all deposits are non refundable.
